Everyday we listen to patients’ voices in the opinions provided to us and we adjust our actions to their expectations. It is very important to us to try to meet the needs of our patients and be able to grow all the time. As a result, we introduce improvements on an ongoing basis in each service area. We want the service path to be simple and friendly.
We count on the development of telemedicine in order to be always close to our patients. Teleconsultations make it possible to contact a physician quickly and have a consultation without leaving home.

We also exploit innovative technologies facilitating diagnostics and treatment.

We are a committed team. Every day patients may rely on support and assistance from our personnel, both during visits in the centers and while contacting a consultant on the information hotline. Our employees pursue the aim of individual and empathic approach to the needs of each patient.

We are developing a network of our medical centers and standardizing the way they look so that patients can feel comfortable there.

Caring for our patients’ health and safety, we have prepared a COVID-19 e-book. 
In the e-book, you will find the following information, among others:
 
  • how to protect yourself against an infection,
  • what to do if signs of the disease appear,
  • which vaccines are accepted in Poland and how effective they are,
  • how to fully recover your fitness after the disease.
 
COVID-19 will most probably stay with us for long, therefore it is worth knowing as much as possible about the disease and obtain information from verified sources.
