If you cannot attend your scheduled medical appointment or diagnostic test – cancel it. Do so as early as possible, at least 6 hours before the scheduled time. By cancelling in advance, you give us a chance to offer this time slot to another patient.
Cancelling an appointment is quick and easy. You can do it in several ways:
- in the mojePZU service or mobile app – go to your scheduled appointment and cancel it with a single click,
- via SMS – send a reply SMS in response to the message with your appointment details,
- with a helpline consultant – call 799 698 698 and select “1” followed by “2” using your phone keypad,
- at the PZU Zdrowie facility where the appointment was scheduled – with a receptionist.
