Thanks to the mojePZU portal, you can exchange information with your doctor before a scheduled appointment by attaching documents you would like to discuss during the visit.
(You can use this option in facilities whose medical system is integrated with the PZU system – we mark them in mojePZU as Premium facilities.)
- Go to https://moje.pzu.plmoje.pzu.pl. If you do not yet have an account on the portal, register. If you already have an account, enter your email and password. Click Log in
- In the menu at the top of the page, select the Medical care tab.
- Below the main menu, select the Schedule appointment option.
- In the window that appears on the screen, provide the following information:
- who the appointment is for – Select patient,
- which specialist you want to consult – Select consultation type (if you are unsure, use the medical interview),
- in which city you want to have the appointment – Enter location,
- when you would like to have the appointment,
- Click Next. A list of available facilities in your area will appear on the screen.
- Select the facility where you want to have your appointment. If your chosen facility:
- provides an appointment calendar, click Available date. Then select your preferred appointment time and click Schedule appointment. You will see a summary of the scheduled appointment on the screen.
- does not provide an appointment calendar, you can request an appointment with the help of our consultant. Click Request appointment and specify the preferred date and contact method with our consultant. Click Schedule appointment Our consultant will soon notify you about the appointment date via SMS or email.
- After scheduling the appointment, in the menu select the Medical care tab and then Visits and tests.
- Next, go to the Details of the selected appointment and add attachments that you want to discuss with the doctor (e.g. test results). Accepted attachment formats are jpg, jpeg, txt, pdf. The maximum file size for txt and pdf attachments must not exceed 0.5 MB.
