It is you that cares for the health of your family at home. What is important to you is to be able to make appointments for you and your child at one go.
- Go to moje.pzu.pl. If you do not have an account in the portal – please register. If you have an account – enter your email address and password. Click Log into.
- In the top right corner of the screen, click your name, the from the drop-down list, select My profile.
- In the MY CHILD section, click Add a child.
- Fill in the child’s data and click Save.
