If a doctor at a PZU Zdrowie facility has issued you an e-prescription, you can easily check whether the prescribed medicines are available at a pharmacy. To fill your e-prescription, go to moje.pzu.pl and reserve the medicines at a pharmacy of your choice. We will notify you when your reservation is ready for pickup. You will pay for the medicines at the pharmacy.
If you need over-the-counter products, this feature mojePZU is also for you. You can reserve over-the-counter products together with prescription medicines or separately.
Who can use this feature
This feature is available to all users of the mojePZU portal – even those who do not have our health product. All you need to do on your computer or phone is:
- verify your account (learn how to do it here),
- go to the Medical care tab, then Reserve a product at a pharmacy, or in the mobile app – Documents, then e-Prescriptions.
How to reserve prescription medicines
- Go to moje.pzu.pl and log in to the portal – enter your email and password. Don’t have an account? Register first.
- In the menu at the top of the page, select the Medical care tab, then click Reserve a product at a pharmacy.
- After selecting the appropriate e-prescription, click the Reserve medicine at a pharmacy button.
- Accept the consents and click Go to the service.
- Check the reserved medicines in your cart (you can reduce the number of packages) and click Next.
- Select a pharmacy. If you also want to reserve over-the-counter products, find them in the selected pharmacy and add them to your cart. Then click Go to summary.
- Enter your details (at this step you can add a Medication Card or Pharmacy Card) and place your reservation. We will notify you via SMS when your reservation is ready for collection at the pharmacy. You can also check the status of your reservation in the Reserve a product at a pharmacy tab.
- Go to the pharmacy, pay the bill, and collect your reserved medicines. Remember to bring your e-prescription code and your PESEL.
How to reserve over-the-counter products
- Go to moje.pzu.pl and log in to the portal – enter your email and password. Don’t have an account? Register first.
- In the menu at the top of the page, select the Medical care tab, then click Reserve a product at a pharmacy.
- In the Medical documents tab, in the tile Reserve a product at a pharmacy, click Reserve.
- Search for your location and select a pharmacy.
- Find the products you are interested in and add them to your cart. Then click Go to summary.
- Enter your details (at this step you can add a Medication Card or Pharmacy Card) and place your reservation. We will notify you by SMS when your reservation is ready for pickup at the pharmacy. You can also check the status of your reservation in the Reserve a product at a pharmacy tab.
- Go to the pharmacy, pay the bill, and collect your reserved products.
