How to open an account on mojePZU

 

You can create an account on the mojePZU portal in several ways. Choose the one that suits you best.

Create a mojePZU account using:

I. mObywatel service
(option for those who have the mObywatel app and an active mTożsamość)

  1. Go to moje.pzu.pl and click Register
  2. Select the Register using mObywatel option and click Generate QR code.
  3. If you are using a computer, a QR code will appear on your screen. In the mObywatel app on your mobile device, open mTożsamość, then click Transfer in the bottom left corner.
    1. On the Transfer data screen, select To an institution or company.
    2. You will see a camera view screen to scan the code from your computer screen. After scanning the code, click Done. Your identity has been confirmed.
  4. If you are using an iOS or Android mobile device, a code will be displayed on your screen. Click Copy code, then open the mObywatel app and select mTożsamość. In the bottom left corner, click Transfer.
    1. On the Transfer data screen, select To an institution or company. You will see a screen where you can paste the copied code. Once done, click Done. Your identity has been confirmed.
    2. Complete the form and select the required statements and consents. The email address you provide on the form will be your login to the portal. We will send a one-time verification code to this email address.
 

II. mojeID service
(option for those who have a bank account with Bank Pekao S.A., ING Bank Śląski, Inteligo, mBank, Bank Spółdzielczy from the BPS Group, BOŚ Bank, BNP Paribas, Bank Spółdzielczy in Brodnica, Credit Agricole, Santander Bank Polska, Alior Bank, Millennium or VeloBank). 

  1. Go to moje.pzu.pl and click Register.
  2. In the registration form, enter your first name, last name, and PESEL. Click Register.
  3. Select the Identity confirmation using the mojeID service option.
  4. After being redirected to the National Clearing House website – select the bank where you have an account with active online banking.
  5. Log in to your online banking.
  6. On the bank’s website, confirm the transfer of your data to mojePZU. To verify your identity, the bank will transfer your first name, last name, and PESEL. These data must match those provided in the form. The consent concerns transferring your data to PZU Group companies, which own the mojePZU portal. Once your identity is confirmed, the next part of the registration form will be displayed. 
  7. Complete the form and select the required statements and consents. The email address you provide will be your login and will be used for communication. A one-time verification code will be sent to the provided email address.
  8. email or phone number – if such data were included in your declaration of joining the agreement
    (this method requires additional identity verification to fully use the portal’s functionalities)
    1. Go to moje.pzu.pl and click Register.
    2. Enter your first name, last name, and PESEL. 
    3. Provide your email address or phone number to confirm your data. 
    4. Receive an email or SMS with a verification code. 
    5. Enter the code and complete the registration.
    6. Complete the form and select the required statements and consents. The email address you provide will be your account login and will be used for further communication.
    7. Confirm your identity to fully use the mojePZU portal. Download the QR code and see how to do it. 

 

III. Our helpline – to complete missing data and finish the account registration process
(this method requires additional identity verification to fully use the portal’s functionalities)

  1. Call us – 801 102 007 (call charges according to your operator’s tariff). 
  2. Select 5, then 1.
  3. Provide the required information.
  4. Confirm your identity to fully use the mojePZU portal.

That’s it! Now you can conveniently use PZU Zdrowie medical services via the mojePZU portal.
