Do you need a consultation, referral, prescription? Consult a specialist without leaving home.
Go to moje.pzu.pl. If you do not have an account in the portal, please register. If you have an account, enter your email address and password. Click Log into.
In the menu on top of the page, select the Health tab.
Below the main menu, on the top left corner, select the option Make an appointment for a telemedical consultation.
On the screen, a window will appear with a proposal of a medical interview:
- if you have doubts which doctor to consult, click Start a medical interview,
- if you need consultation with a specific physician, select Make an appointment for a visit.
In the window which will appear on the screen, complete the information:
- for whom you are making the appointment – Choose the patient,
- which specialist you want to make an appointment with – Specify the specialist,
- in which form you would like to have the teleconsultation – chat, video conference or telephone conversation,
- when you would like to have the teleconsultation.
- Click Next. On the screen, you will see a calendar with available dates.
- Select a physician and the date which is suitable for you. Click Available date.
- Then select the time and form of teleconsultation (chat, video conference or telephone conversation) and click Make an appointment for a visit.
Then, you will get a text message sent to your telephone number with a link to the website through which you will have the teleconsultation.
If it is moje.pzu.pl website, on the appointed date, log into mojePZU again to talk to a doctor.
In the top menu, select the Health tab, and then on the bottom left, select the option List of Visits and press the Check button.
From the list of all visits, choose the one which interests you. Click Details and next Go to the visit.
However, if your plans change, remember to call off the visit.
