How to make an appointment for telemedical consultation

Do you need advice, a referral, or a prescription? Consult a specialist without leaving your home.

1. Go to moje.pzu.pl. If you do not yet have an account on the portal, register. If you already have an account, enter your email and password. Click Log in
2. In the menu at the top of the page, select the Medical care tab.
3. Below the main menu, select the Schedule a teleconsultation option.
4. In the window that appears on the screen, provide the following information:
   1. who the appointment is for – Select patient,
   2. which specialist you want to consult – Select consultation type (if you are unsure, use the medical interview),
   3. the form of teleconsultation – chat, video call, or phone call,
   4. when you would like to have the teleconsultation.
   5. Click Next. A calendar with available slots will appear on the screen.
5. Select the doctor and a suitable date. Click Available date. Then choose the time and click Schedule appointment.

If your plans change, remember to cancel your appointment.
