You would like to make an appointment for a visit or a test but you do not know medical centers in your neighborhood.
- Go to moje.pzu.pl. If you do not have an account in the portal, please register. If you have an account, enter your email address and password. Click Log into
- In the menu on top of the page, select the Health tab.
- In the bottom in the middle of the screen, select the option of List of medical centers and click Check.
- In the browser, enter the city or town which interests you. Below, a map will be displayed with marked centers and a list of centers.
- If you select a specific center on the map, you will see directions how to go there.
