How to check the list of medical centers in your neighborhood

Would you like to book an appointment or a test but don’t know the medical facilities in your area?

1. Go to moje.pzu.pl. If you do not yet have an account on the portal, register. If you already have an account, enter your  email and password. Click Log in
2. In the menu at the top of the page, select the Medical care tab.
3. From the dropdown menu, select the Our medical facilities option.
4. Enter the city you are interested in into the search field. A map with marked facilities and a list of them will appear below. 
5. If you select a specific facility on the map, directions to it will be displayed.
