Have your plans changed and you can’t attend your scheduled medical appointment? Cancel it in mojePZU so others can use the available time slot.
All you need to do is:
- Go to moje.pzu.pl If you do not yet have an account on the portal, register. If you already have an account, enter your email and password. Click Log in
- In the menu at the top of the page, select the Medical care tab.
- Below the main menu, select the Visits and tests option.
- Find the appointment you want to cancel on the list and click Cancel on the right-hand side so others can use the available time slot.
