How to make an appointment for a visit

In mojePZU, you can easily schedule a medical appointment at a facility of your choice. 

See how simple it is.

1. Go to moje.pzu.pl. If you do not yet have an account on the portal, register. If you already have an account, enter your  email and password. Click Log in.
2. In the menu at the top of the page, select the Medical care tab.
3. Select the type of appointment you want to schedule.
4. In the window that appears on the screen, provide the following information:
   1. who the appointment is for – Select patient,
   2. which specialist you want to visit – Select consultation type (if you are unsure, use the medical interview),
   3. in which city you want to have the appointment – Enter location,
   4. when you would like to have the appointment.
   Click Next. A list of available facilities in your area will appear on the screen.
    
5. Select the facility where you want to have your appointment. If your chosen facility:
   1. provides an appointment calendar, click Available date. Then select your preferred appointment time and click Schedule appointment. You will see a summary of the scheduled appointment on the screen.
   2. does not provide an appointment calendar, you can request an appointment with the help of our consultant. Click Request appointment and specify the preferred date and contact method with our consultant. Click Schedule appointment. Our consultant will notify you about the appointment date via SMS or email.
6. Go to the facility at the scheduled time. However, if your plans change, remember to cancel your appointment.
