One day before the test:
- light diet, excluding vegetables, fruit, brown bread,
- take Espumisan 3 x 2 capsules – best after main meals.
On the examination day:
- in the morning, take 2 capsules of Espumisan, washing them down with a small amount of water,
- 6-7 hours before the test, it is forbidden to eat any solid food, carbonated drinks, coffee, strong tea, chew gum, smoke cigarettes, without effort.
