- Two days before the X-ray do not eat food that causes bloating, such as peas, beans, cabbage, wholemeal bread, fruit.
- On the day before the examination, take a laxative not later than at 3:00 pm.
- You should arrive for the examination on an empty stomach. If the examination is to take place in the afternoon, you can have a light breakfast.
