If you cannot go to a visit, remember to cancel it. Another patient will be able to take advantage of a visit at the time. Notify us through:
- mojePZU or mojePZU mobile app,
- Return text message with the code assigned on the visit confirmation,
- PZU Zdrowie information hotline - 801 405 905 or 22 505 15 48 (charges in accordance with the operator’s rates) ,
- contacting a PZU Zdrowie center where the visit was to take place.
