Immediately after the teleconsultation ends, you will receive a text message with a 4-digit code. It is enough to give the code in a pharmacy with your PESEL number.

Our consultants will send your report to the doctor who has provided you with teleconsultation. The doctor will issue the right referral. You will receive it in an encrypted file to your email address or – if you use the mojePZU app – you will find it in your profile after logging into.

Our consultants will send your request to the center where the teleconsultation was provided. A center’s employee will contact you and gives you the code for the e-prescription.
Sick leaves are sent electronically directly to your employer. When you log into your profile in the mojePZU portal, you will find there only information about a sick leave issued during teleconsultation.
Check reach in your telephone. If you can, go to a different room. If it does not work, inform the doctor of the disturbances. Due to this, the doctor may influence the course of the conversation. They will provide you with additional explanations and, if needed, will repeat information. They may also suggest that they will call once again.
It may happen that the doctor will call your from an unlisted telephone number. If you have calls from unlisted numbers blocked, please unblock them before a teleconsultation.
