FAQ – What can i do in the following situations?

 

I have a question connected with teleconsultation which has already ended.

After completed teleconsultation, the doctor leaves in the mojePZU portal recommendations summing up your arrangements. If you need further consultation, make an appointment for another teleconsultation – use the mojePZU portal or call our PZU Zdrowie information hotline at 801 405 905 or 22 505 15 48 (charges in accordance with the operator’s rates).

I could not answer the telephone call from the doctor

Make an appointment for a new teleconsultation. Use the mojePZU portal or call our PZU Zdrowie information hotline at 801 405 905 or 22 505 15 48 (charges in accordance with the operator’s rates).

The doctor did not call at the appointed time

We would like to ask you for understanding. The scheduled time of teleconsultation may be a little delayed:

  • perhaps previous patients needed more time than assumed for standard teleconsultation.

How can I get medicines based on an e-prescription?

Immediately after the teleconsultation ends, you will receive a text message with a 4-digit code. It is enough to give the code in a pharmacy with your PESEL number.

The e-referral issued by the doctor includes an error

Call our PZU Zdrowie information hotline at 801 405 905 or 22 505 15 48 (charges in accordance with the operator’s rates). Our consultants will send your report to the doctor who has provided you with teleconsultation. The doctor will issue the right referral. You will receive it in an encrypted file to your email address or – if you use the mojePZU app – you will find it in your profile after logging into.

I have no code for e-prescription

Call our PZU Zdrowie information hotline at 801 405 905 or 22 505 15 48 (charges in accordance with the operator’s rates). Our consultants will send your request to the center where the teleconsultation was provided. A center’s employee will contact you and gives you the code for the e-prescription.

In my account in the mojePZU portal, there is no sick leave issued during teleconsultation

Sick leaves are sent electronically directly to your employer. When you log into your profile in the mojePZU portal, you will find there only information about a sick leave issued during teleconsultation.

I have a problem with the connection quality

Check reach in your telephone. If you can, go to a different room. If it does not work, inform the doctor of the disturbances. Due to this, the doctor may influence the course of the conversation. They will provide you with additional explanations and, if needed, will repeat information. They may also suggest that they will call once again.

A doctor calls from an unlisted telephone number

It may happen that the doctor will call your from an unlisted telephone number. If you have calls from unlisted numbers blocked, please unblock them before a teleconsultation.
