If your teleconsultation was carried out by a PZU Zdrowie facility – the issued documents can be found in the mojePZU portal or mobile application.
If your teleconsultation was handled by a partner facility – log in to the portal using the link received in the SMS confirming your appointment.
In your profile, you will find:
- the doctor’s recommendations summarizing the teleconsultation,
- e-referrals for further tests or consultations,
- e-prescriptions – you will receive the code required to fill them via SMS,
- information about an issued sick leave certificate.
