How to open an account on mojePZU

 

You can open an account on the mojePZU portal in several ways. Select the one which you like best.

Open an account on mojePZU through:
 

mObywatel services
(option for those who have the mObywatel app and active mIdentity)

  • Go to moje.pzu.pl and click Register
  • Select the option Register using mObywatel app and Generate a QR code.
  • If you use a computer, you will see a QR code on the screen. In the mObywatel app on a mobile device, open mIdentity, then in the bottom left corner click Send.
  • On the Send data screen, select to an Institution or company.
  • You will see a screen with a view from a camera with which you will scan the code from the computer screen. After scanning the code, click Ready. Your identity has been confirmed.

If you use a mobile device with iOS or Android system, on the device’s screen, you will see a code. Click Copy the code, then open the mObywatel app and click mIdentity. In the bottom left corner, click Send.

  • On the Send data screen, select to an Institution or company. You will see a screen where you can paste the copied code. When you have done that, click Ready. Your identity has been confirmed.
  • Fill out the form and tick the representations and consents. The email address given by you on the form will be your login to the portal. We will send a single-use verification code to the email address.
 

mojeID services
(option for those who have a bank account at PKO Bank Polski, Bank Pekao S.A., ING Bank Śląski, Inteligo, mBank, Getin Bank SA or Bank Spółdzielczy from the BPS Group). 

  • Go to moje.pzu.pl and click Register.
  • On the registration form, enter your: first and last name, and PESEL number. Click Register.
  • Select the option Identity confirmation through mojeID service.
  • After being redirected to the National Clearing House – select a bank where you have an account with an active electronic banking service.
  • Log into your electronic banking.
  • On the bank’s website, confirm sending data to mojePZU. To confirm your identity, the bank will send your first and last name and PESEL number. The data must exactly match those given in the form. The consent concerns provision of data to PZU Group companies which are the owners of the mojePZU portal. When your identity is confirmed, the next part of the registration form will be displayed. 
  • Fill out the form and tick the representations and consents. The email address given by you on the form will be your login to the account and will be used for communication. We will send a single-use verification code to the provided email address.

email or telephone – if the data are found on your declaration of enrollment in the agreement
(this way requires additional identity confirmation to fully use the functionalities of the portal)

  • Go to moje.pzu.pl and click Register.
  • Enter your first and last name and PESEL number. 
  • Give your email or telephone number to confirm your data. 
  • Receive an email or text message with a verification code. 
  • Enter the code and complete the registration.
  • Fill out the form and tick the representations and consents. The email address given by you on the form will be your login to the account and we will use it for subsequent communication.
  • Confirm your identity to fully use the mojePZU portal. Download the QR code and see how to do it.

  • Call us – 801 102 007 (charges for calls in accordance with the operator’s rates). 
  • Select 5, then 1.
  • Complete the required data.
  • Confirm your identity to fully use the mojePZU portal.

And this is all! Now you are able to use health care services conveniently at PZU Zdrowie through the mojePZU portal.
